Enzyme preparations refer to a type of substance extracted from organisms with enzymatic properties, mainly used to catalyze various chemical reactions in food processing and improve food processing methods. China has approved six types of enzymes, including papain, alpha amylase preparations, refined pectinase, and beta glucosidase. Enzyme preparations are derived from biological sources and are generally considered safe. They can be used in moderation according to production needs. With the development of enzyme preparations, their influence has increased, and they will play a role in the comprehensive utilization of circular economy for many related enterprises. During the 11th Five Year Plan period, existing enzyme preparations will continue to improve enzyme activity, create international standards, accelerate the development and production of special composite enzyme preparations, and apply them to new fields such as papermaking, feed, environmental protection, food, and textiles. Enzyme preparation factories must further reduce costs, ensure high-quality and low consumption, promote safe and clean production, and meet emission standards to make China's enzyme preparations more sound, superior, and safe in development. The professional drying project of enzyme preparation has been carried out many process tests jointly by the domestic authority in the field of enzyme preparation and our sales personnel. Using the LPG-5 high-speed centrifugal spray dryer (which evaporates 5 kilograms of water per hour) as the test equipment, many demonstrations have been made on the inlet and outlet air temperature, air volume and air pressure matching, over temperature critical alarm, and inlet and outlet material balance, so as to better guide the process design of large-scale spray drying equipment. We have made equipment structural improvements to address the strong hygroscopicity of enzyme preparations, incorporating new technologies for anti sticking and wall sweeping, and meeting process requirements such as synchronous cooling and continuous feeding.
